About Us
Integrative Peace Approaches, LLC offers peace education-related services that include training, consulting, public speking and curriculum development. We can readily adapt all these services to the diverse communication needs of multi-cultural communities. The Integrative Peace Approach incorporates two central hallmarks: interdisciplinary frameworks, and accessibility.
The interdisciplinary aspect combines contemplative approaches, religious studies, theology, peace studies, psychodynamics of violence, restorative justice, gender studies, and arts-based strategies in its methodologies.
Accessibility means the ability to translate complex interdisciplinary concepts effectively within the “language” of our constituencies; whether academic, non-profit, activist, religiously affiliated, business, upper or lower socio-economic, or mainstream pop culture. We believe strongly in the use of humor in our trainings as an engaging tool in communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
